how do you exist, how does the spirit or soul exists if it never dies, it has some eternal sustaining mechnism, or is simply is.

if body didn’t age and sustaining actions are taken routinely, it is as if it is eternal, well true to some sense in terms of evolution, the action of reproduction creates new copies of entity, sustaining its form.

There are two kinds of age, the biological age, and other evolutionary age. And again, it has nothing to do much with time, but how much through time the form has changed due to ‘slow’ pressures over long times.

also from this N-dimensional existence, or simply many infinite dimensions, but, since a space can occupy infinite existence, for e.g. overlapping portal mechanism, and perhaps matter can multiply itself, also energy can multiply itself, leading to abundance, a concept that allows many things to exist. For e.g. the amount of matter and energy in this universe is abundant enought while also reaching far away, that only limited amount is available in vicinity.
