Project ideas
Seventy-odd ideas are scattered across the blog, many of them repeated in different words years apart. This page merges them into 38 projects, groups them by how soon they could exist, and links each to the posts that describe it. The ranking favours ideas that recur, that fit the hardware the blog says the author owns (Quest 3, XREAL glasses, Raspberry Pi 5 with an LLM8850, two Bambu printers, an Arctos arm), and that need weeks rather than years.
Tier A — buildable now, with owned hardware, in weeks
1. Life ledger and personalised news
A camera-plus-language-model logger on the Pi 5 and LLM8850 (or a Jetson) writes one-line "gists" of what is happening into a local database; the same store takes git commits, shell history and wearable data; a daily and weekly briefing is generated from it. This is the blog's most repeated product idea and the one it argues for most personally. Posts: Experience of creating your own product, Personal all-around activity tracker, Camcorder Video Data Logger: EdgeLogger AI, personal news, Sensory monitoring, Evolution and Emotions, cultures (an intensity scale for feelings). First milestone: one camera, one gist per second, one daily digest page.

Runs on the XREAL glasses or the Quest 3 passthrough with a vision-language model behind it. Posts: Augmented AI-XR, Wearable AR computer, Typing in the Air, Open nature programming, Scientific mind (augment invisible fields onto vision), Summertime (the 2021 "portable lab" wish). The hardware critique in limitations of current XR glasses is the design brief.
3. Health criticality dashboard
