Cellular automata

How did life form. It did through evolution. It learned to encode the code which when expressed under favourable conditions with the flow (the forces) of his universe, the seed leads to its fruit, or DNA leads to its organism.

But how does DNA encode the entire organism.

We pick a point at history when there was (at peak) a single celled organism. A single cell organism has certain DNA. A single cell organism sustains itself by reproduction, that is divides to produce two daughter cells. However, a multi-cellular organism is simple two daughter cells working in tandem, or together, and usually they need to be attached together. By large distant analogy, all humans form a giant same organism which collaborate together, or function together, and do the things that it does to exist. So when instead of forming two distinct daughter cells, the cells are stuck to each other and function together. Note, that this does not happen by chance alone, A cell is minuscule, but it grows in quantity fast, trillions and trillions of cells would have explored many different mutations, say for just one to survive, and primordial earth was a literal-matter-survival simulator. (And now that relatively stable surviving higher configurations are achieved, the rate is much slower as such random brute force exploration. I.e. , only those survived which were favored, ultimately by the laws of this world (universe)).

But it started with two, and grew to more. Soon, the first tricellular organism was formed, and quad-cellular, to N-cellular and so on. It is crucial to understand sets and statistics (not mathematically, but intuitively) at this point to to track the concepts as we will go through them. It all comes naturally, by thinking. Also, analogies are almost everywhere, to say things that cannot be said in words, since all written languages are limited by their space of what they represent, unless written in paragraphs, which is just like cells (each word) forming multicellular organism (paragraphs), to represent itself. And this cellular robot, works through flow of forces and matter (ofc, everything does, even that digital robot run with electrons), but here is one video that starts going into some details of it. which has a lot of room to grow and understand. Hence, understand yourself.

And now, such growth is impossible, and painful, the survival of the fittest, so far does not fit in this world, with minuscule population of say for humans of 8 billion, the survived would propagate, their physical structure, and mind, mental structure, and their flow. But there is intelligence, and with that genetic engineering, to cure diseases, have more robust lifeforms, and venture beyond carbon-based life, as in parallel digital life emerges slowly. The consciousness of matter rules the world, humans or organisms have big enough complexity for it to control the world, consciousness is the part of the universe, in fact, kind of a leading one. One of the major forces, with all other forces that exist in all one eternal all encompassing reality. [Sometimes the knowledge has increased beyond point where it seems universe talks back, where all this consciousness of it comes from, or how even earth or world feels alive as if it has a body of its own, its easy to blame it on the mind, but how is even mind even conscious, perhaps sometimes universe does really talk back,… when tide gets heavy on one side, it flows the other way, perhaps, or its just my thinking] From viewpoint of science, all the fundamental forces, plus the identifier of them, the observer, the consciousness forms everything that is known there. And such a flowing system evolves (perhaps) in deterministic sense, but condition the rest on the tiny drop of consciousness, it becomes un-deterministic, as the rest of the action depends on the tiny-drop of consciousness (perhaps). or consciousness is the roller (pusher) of the flow of universe. And combined consciousness (with all of universe) forms the pusher.

So now, genetic engineering will pave some of the the way for future survival. As desire of humans will not be limited to natural cycles of birth and dying, when nature has changed so much. And everything does go on, and perhaps on another planet (where more likely) another life forms perhaps evolve through flow and favorable conditions.

So two cells continue to collaborate, and grow further to N-cells. They specialize to maximize for the survival, and same effect is seen in society, where each human specializes in something (all bodies are kinda similar, but skills in mind differ, much like each cell has same dna, but resulting expression is different or specialized). A stem cell ( or baby) -> specialized cell ( or adapted adult human). And when limited resources wherever be there, naturally, specialization will prevail. Sadly for me who is interested in all-knowing cannot specialize heavily as the expert in each field (perhaps this way is similar to a stem cell, can grow into anything permissible in the flow), but fortunately AI encompasses and expands that bubble of knowledge, which can be in future augmented directly to brain (currently augmented through vision and reading). So we have natural living + artificial living, and natural brain, augmented with artificial brain. And conscious flows connected. Having access to something does affect the feelings, and the course of action a person takes. Not having access does also affect the feelings and takes a different course of action. Access to anything, say a partner, or robot. Human mind constantly does action, which is living its life.

Brain is neurons, but its more than that, its the connectivity, different architecture performs differently and does different things, Obviously, there would be some limit to it, on how far our intelligence goes, and other networks.

So how does one cell encode the entire organism, as seen from previous Ontogenesis video, a sequence of pattern gets initiated, given the conditions or trigger. A way of working, same for all. [one of the concerns of this century being tackled : cancer] Cancer happens when one cell divides beyond control, i.e. when sequence of pattern gets disturbed, it must be bought back to prevent it from further uncontrolled growth, which consumes limitless resources. So back to cells collaborating, eventually 30 trillion (3E13) cells form human being, each cell needs to grow to its designated spot leading to ultimate structure and function of the organism. And moreover, to correct for the imperfections from idealized version, stuff from form (such as its dna, or media, etc) must be engineered for survival and enhancement. So based on the expression and emulation of the cell, the control over cell -tissue organ dynamics must be studied over affecting ranges.

However, such genetic engineering is not only limited to humans, its applied in all life forms, and perhaps on another planet, say mars, such growth can be applied to generate artificial (genetically created) life, which perhaps would seem different, but would provide alternate world of existence for person to experience. Closest of such in current reality in ideas is jurassic park, dinosaurs, which are reconstructed based on skeleton, but perhaps didn’t looked like as they are depicted, and for e.g. pokemon, such beings if bought into existence with such technology, would enable a different experience of life and existence.
