DNA as a software program

Index note nucleotides=binary, codons=assembly, proteins=functions

Ever thought that software is all virtual, non-materialistic. Well, it needs to be stored in arrangement of electrons or matter, on a hard disk, or in NAND flash gates, or memory of some form, somewhere, and accessed using waves or fields (e.g. EM).

and much like how software is arranged, from high level view, to simple view of assembly, and binary, analogous to it, is the binary (two states one place) maps to nucleotides (4 states one place), assembly to codons (for 8 bit instruction set, 256 possible pathways of progressing (well you can see computer code as some graph embedded in electronics in this universe’s space, forget what you learned on paper and notes in teaching institutions) : : while 64 possibilities for 3 spaces each with possibility of 4 nucleotides, which are associated with amino acids), and function output (function as assembler of proteins) as proteins (for a function, takes a series of actions, it mixes assembly instruction pathway with variable(s) to produce output :: while protein, it takes series of codons encoded outputs (or amino acids), each functioning in certain way, and produce an output, which has an combined effect, due to their individual spatio-charge-mass-energy arrangement in the space, which give a characteristic to the protein.
and there are many kids of proteins, among other functions (which?) that cell performs.
