Index note reflection essay on writing feelings; Times New Roman 12 why?

The ‘Gibb’s reflective cycle’ is a method to methodologically analyze a situation and provide feedback to the self. In this piece of writing, my thoughts are presented while learning the Gibbs method. When I started reading the Gibbs method, the figure was enough to understand what it meant. it seemed like a method to review the self When I read the word ‘reflection’, it reminded the feelings that one may perceive of a thing or a being according to reader’s own understanding. I did not anticipated feelings can be included actively in the text while reviewing myself. My feeling while trying to write in Gibb’s reflection format is this is that it is perhaps a weird way to analyze, as writing our own feelings require getting in touch with ourselves. Deep thinking does not converge and I do think that the feelings when put in text are subject to the reader’s interpretation. Its like the written text has some color, but writing strips away the feelings. But on other hand,I think for where it matters, this is a useful tool to teach ourselves as another person while reading it again. A situation happens only once through the time as exactly it is, but the text can be re-read as exactly as it, except,in this practical scenario of reading we interpret based on our state. Also, it matters more how much of this is true and how confident one is when writing. As a human, I feel feelings are meant to be expressed but I think I lack the tool to actively express them without any doubts. For e.g. I do not know if I am be happy or not, As an exchange student at Aalto, I did a course of Arts on Creative ways of seeing the world, on how images are context dependent. A lot is dependent on the mood and state while writing our thoughts. What I believe right now is that those feelings somehow get through, even if are not intended. Perhaps, feelings are more stronger in case of events which are easily comprehended. I also wonder, how many feelings would be lost after drafting and editing rounds. Also feelings are subject to a self, one may feel sad, but other may feel good on the same outcome, one may feel excited and other bored. I must say this is a strong Ego boosting method if one wants to improve themselves or adjust accordingly. Also, thee experiences of each person are different as a whole while they come in same form at the root levels. If feelings change rapidly to a piece of writing, there may be mixed feelings but in a good way. Perhaps, the information that putting feelings to a piece of text can provide is the personality. After a while, I felt tense while re-drafting this, reading the Gibbs method was a breeze, Evaluation I think to think logically is a natural human tendency, only goal is that is it has to be trained. I think, I have to limit myself somewhere in the thought process to actually start typing out, otherwise the thoughts goes into an abyss and not really settle, while ‘thinking free’. I know I consider myself to act freely in written forms, so it might get some time to adjust to new ways of writing, but the best I know is most things are Analysis Always ask ‘why’ when thinking on something. I . For e.g. why the Times New Roman Font 12 is the standard in writing most academic documents. Due to my limited reach and knowledge I always feel doubted by my own thoughts, but I write them anyways because of the drive and the force. The document[1] is written in first person form, this suggests reflection essays are best written considering the thought view provided by ego as feelings are strong when ego is in touch.
