Grasping of reality

Easily grasping the reality requires a point of view, to which, in my experience is first taught, then the person has to think a lot on it – resolving to every aspect of reality, (much like training an AI model, here is learning in the brain; training=learning).

The basis of it boils down to associating the observed reality to its constituent knowledgebase of how everything flows in universe, but also, ability to imagine and interpret the form of knowledge onto it.

Although, at times the brain doesn’t process it, and it becomes harder to write if it doesn’t have instant awareness of what it is writing, i.e. if attention shifts.
