Cells work in same way, for an organism, from zygote, a central singular self capable coded, which unfolds into reality through constant supply of its raw materials provided in suitable media such as through blood of womb (or any specific mixture for any kind of self coded unfolding singular). It first becomes many, in 3D, and if you look in 4D (through time as another dimension, i.e. it would appear as 4D object in 4D space with same matter energy lines as matter moves in 3D with time ) , and in 3d each part spatially activates based on the gradient provided, gradient of some form (chemical, field, etc, encodes how the cell should function, and the cell undergoes transformation based on it).

Each cell is like an local computing part of voluminous array (a 3D matrix), connected to its local computing parts interacting adjacent beyond through fields, and based on certain stage (like a cell clock it would know which action to take, which for entirety forms a complete state based system). Each cell is capable of producing more cells (imaging GPUs multiplying by themselves). This is the very key core aspect of anything to thrive, and life built upon it.

And just like LLM, the cellular parts depending where they are are coded on how they progress.

and that is only till the birth point where the organism is just outside the world, now the organism needs to grow in the world, i.e. further growth through flow, many aspects are temporally (and state based) coded. also not just on cell level, but interconnectedness justifies the next state for any cell (applies to all) and so throughout the body, on tissue level, on organ level, eventually forming functional changes across various timescales, a cell can change rapidly, tissue slowly, organ much slowly, and body itself very very slowly

and slowly after birth, the variables in body activated depending on current state , for e.g. growth of body features, spatial features bone shape etc are governed. The shapes are decided by spatio-distributed growth, i.e. there is never a bone as single entity, although there is still connectivity, body doens’t know a bone as a bone, or organ as an organ, although there is certain connectivity due to tissue, on how physical property relates along with chemical and other. But for a bone to grow a certain way, it starts from a cell, or a group of cells, which grow along a certain way based on their current state of body and based on pre-programmed state (which is conditioned by current state as parameter to guide the growth).

When you look at 3d space, and warp it in a body form, i.e. non-planar or folded 2d space of body, the entire flow of body formation is streamlined from that non-planar folded space to concept space.

from cellular to organ to physical being to a system of physical beings in environment, the current reality exists, and form of reality keeps on changing wherever you look (think/focus) into
