Knowing and predicting

Knowing everything that existed and knowing how it transforms is to know everything that could ever exist, if there was no new creation.

But in this world, creation happens in the mind, in the sea of consciousness, and is merely rippled into the real world.
But on the other thought, how does the consciousness itself feels what it feels, does it feel what is there, if it does, then its a manifestation of whatever happening, in surroundings, not necessarily in the spatial physical space, but in the vicinity of space of experience of what has happened and whats to come.
