Languages and communication of beings

All ideas that exists for a being exist in the mind of the being. Idea is perceived or experienced in the mind, and mind is the part of universe. Ideas experience ⊂ mind ⊂ universe.
For a being 1 to truly communicate the idea I1 that it truly experiences it its conscious mind1, there must exists a common language which has flawless expression and interpretation of that conscious thought I1 to signal corresponding to I1. Language is defined by the beings, let us assume there exists a language of symbols with letters of English alphabets ‘a-z’, and a set forming patterns of them known as words, then the sentences forming patterns of words, and so on, to express an idea. Language is not merely symbols, but can be inferred symbolically by being by other senses, for e.g. sound, which forms words in speech or different tones that being is capable of experiencing, for e.g. a bird with its pattern of chirping. But not only that it could involve placement of objects which is physical reality for e.g. a bird placing its nest, or fox selecting its territory based on its liking, and on this broader scale langauge can be considered anything which helps one being understand, but for simplicity of thought here in this we would restrict as our choice to our selected symbol of words, here for English alphabets. There are 26 letters, one symbol can uniquely represent 26 states, while a word with two letters can represent 26^2, and so on. However, each symbol is also phonetically associated with sound, and we only consider the space of words which has a phonetically viable pronunciation for that being. An example is this written passage in English and we can read it out loud by associating the visible word with the sound, which helps us for communication through multiple medias e.g. air vibrations and light. to transfer this signal to the being 2, the being must be capable of interpreting this idea I1 channeled through the signal of language into his experience I2 which maps to be the same as experience I1. Any deviation in I2 from I1 would provide an inaccurate depiction of experience that was meant. Mind of 2 can be certain about this experience, have some uncertainty, or be totally unknown of what is meant which may sound like noise or total jibberish. Hence the being 2 would utilize the information based on itself and what the information is.

However in reality we have multiple associations of experience to a single symbol or word, and hence this far developed language is the imperfect variation existing, however, based on context one may still reduce the chance of misinformation. Thankfully, the word space representing the states of boundless imagination is rather huge and we utilize the sparse representation of it which is viable to us. Nowadays for representing information we rely on the simplest possible form of binary which helps us represent information by assigning it meaning, although its not natural to humans, but rather to computers. A new form of information representation could be quantum where the states with intensity can be used to convey the meanings. Imagine stressing each word by its weight while reading to get the better gist of things happening around. But that also involves the shift in the mindset and brain train. Language however needs to be largely accepted for its use, and is rather a social phenomenon on what works, its influenced by people who use it and it changes through time.
