Would we be Higgs bots? If singularity is the origin, anything can be potentially linked to anything, and a tremendous thoughts of existence arise from assumption of a derivation, linked in thoughts and in physical space. A journalists citation would be a link or edge of a graph, a minimal link should take the reader to the destination and should be readable in form.

computer binary world vs physical world,

laws in computer world are binary-based whereas laws in physical world are known to be:
energy conservation, i.e. mass, charge, spin, color, conservation..
so all the dream or animation and their interpretations possible through mind or from a computer would involve the reading of binary space through meticulous means of display, sound, temperature, etc.  from laptop into human body senses 

Augmented , Virtual, Sensual forms of Reality, its like laptop and smart-phone is fused to the body into a single being, with every definition in a new definition of mind.

software is implemented on top of a hardware, which is real and has constraints of physical reality, but software by itself is more free than the physical world,
so are we a part of a more constrained universe? and the net growth is the entropy-like measure of the closed system. Survival metrics like house, food, water, heating, electricity can be merged in a single entity, or a group of entities, to represent a community, like a human being with body space, liver sugars, body water content, mitochondria heat production, and ion transfer of electricity.
A human being has to be in equilibrium with its surroundings while doing bodily functions..

Macroscale-microsimulations for predicting the future perhaps would need this kind of complexity.
If everything needs to be taken in account the prediction becomes a real-world itself and we don’t have to worry at all and just observe and experience.

it has single excitation at start then network is tuned such that it sustains itself, meanwhile the network is simulating,..
I think mind and brain are separate…what is color? sound? touch? temperature? senses? all the perception seems to be a mystery, and all senses turn in electric form.
Signals in neurons are ionic currents, although there is DNA in neuron which stores the code of ..neuron? … and life arose from progression of time ..hmm what is time to a brain? do two beings infer time separately.. if silicon chip is a neuron and is faster, is it alive?…what forces can human body experience in all..I still don’t understand light and gravity that would be 16th century science perhaps has a flaw or unfinished business…excitation of visual cortex would induce dreams or visions…
as thinking is the feedback of brain to itself, dreaming is also thinking, and time is not sensed normally when sleeping..but being still exists .. but dreams are not remembered actively..

first came the algae then fish and then big-fish or sharks which are still alive today and they also have brain..
brain must have adapted to liquid life..

evolution tries to take the best useful thing to the future just like we only observe i.e. read and watch the major popular books or movies and learn from them, or so prune out the rest little for a big deal… conduction of current for an organism was one of the ways to move and collaborate between cells, multiple of them, it was faster and efficient and radio-noise-proof since ions are heavy and rather slow… perhaps that why silicon life did not emerge ‘naturally’ but now does…in all time does not exist but only the perception of time, or so I think…
but human mind can plan in brain the future, but that restricts the feelings or the perception of humans.. ^braintime moves towards uncertainty..
Gravity was observed first but we still don’t understand it on fundamental level, and so electric field and magnetic field, for simulating a neural network on a 2D surface, its best done in a supported hardware, I’d say simulation is kinda slow, or we could just observe  a brain with photoluminiscent neurons
