Sales and impact

Couple of years ago, when I was in hospital as a patient, I observed someone wiht ultrasound visualizer showing internal organ labelled segmented, as I heard, the price of such machines was 15000$. Given costs of ultrasound imager, and GPU to process data, and all hardware and assuming trained network (which you can copy as many times so its essentially free (or depending on how many units produced , cost = dev cost/n), so margin would be something like 4-6k$ per unit sold, after taxes, would go to 2-4k$ per unit.
So they would need to sell many units, and each unit sold goes as an permanent physical change in the system (or for at least for the time being), because if low quality stuff is sold, it will degrade the quality of the system and the world. As physical things stay where they are, trash remains untill slowly transformed over loooooong periods, or when they are transformed intentionally or accidentally, which then that permanent thing is temporary change. But it will remain there for time unless some entity’s action : force in some form: does something about it, as quality has it, the inertia of space. (Is there inertia through time? , but time does not exist as such when you look at flow…, but if its considered then object slowingthrough time and object rapidly going through time, ( but time is based on movement: if everything was static even electrons the world wouldnt exist, but even then if everythign was static, time passes or not, how would it matter, but its static to whom? to that entity or observer time is flowing… well I think it doesnt make sense to talk about it)).

So the change is brought up by selling something. What about selling an experience (its like selling software but not exactly) because ultimately you are programming the memory of some person with new memories from experience. If there was an slate of all experiences of a person, it would get written in there, but if that slate is only brain, then people naturally forget things, with new memories, and keep on, but in absolute viewpoint of sense, the experience is through and through. This experience, through time does not change, and entire world is ((unknown dimensions which most dont talk about + 3D spatial + time) is fixed or will be like one sample among many possible, but what is real is like a 4D crystal, including the experience in time, as if logged on some memory itself of space, the spatial arrangement itself is the memory, and perhaps itself is the feeling of existence you get, because even software is matter in certain arrangement on a chip, be it electrons, atoms, …, or even wave form storage systems (where information is written in space-time wave dynamics, (whose energy in that pattern is sustained there through matter things affecting it to compensate the leakyness due to reading energy of that pattern from it).
