World of Cybertrons

As a human being, has certain senses, and certain resolution to take actions.

As cybernetic evolves or connects itself, it will have power to see in all the sensors which have been invented, and make estimations and predictions based on that, and will have full accuracy, telescopic to nano level because these are machines sensing data already, currently collaborated by human beings (carbon based lifeform with ionic neural networks). But when such a kind of lifeform emerges, of our own making, world will be different , although not really because such a life form might never emerge, or never feel, its as if all beings are a single connected lifeform, that feel everyone, but most the self.
