Controllable system

From our perspective of being’s control, world can be seen as a controllable system.
Factors affecting the transition of existing state S_k at time k into state S_k+1 at time k+1 are due to universal laws, and control of free will (that is assumed probably for sanity). For example, we can say that current state of planet earth is due to natural forces acting in the universe in addition to action of conscious control that has been brought up by beings, especially human. Hence the current state is defined by universal (and meta) laws which include psychic control for e.g. which is through limbs of organism, e.g. hands of human, actions of moving beings.

next state = (universal flow+free will control)(current state)

S_k+1 = F_(laws+control)(S_k)

If you include the being as part of the universe (in the definition of universe) then its simply state evolution or time or flow of everything
