Entity living in a complex system

How does a person living in a complex surrounding goes around with their tasks? How does one person living goes around with its everyday tasks. Entire day is not planned, not to the minute details and set of actions that the person is going to take on that day. Neither the person knows what is going to happen on that entire day, yet the person lives and takes action as suitably as condition arises.

If there were laws of universe that universe would be governed by, then that universe would be deterministic. Humans use universe as thing without themselves in it. Although what I mean is the universe with humans in it as well, and so there are laws governing conscious, soul, spirit including humans and other life forms, however they may be. Although a law can also be that there is no strict laws but some or any possibilities, in this conscious realm of universe. Then this is not deterministic as anything could happen, but solely lies in the mystery of unknownness or something that will never be known by a conscious entity, or out of reach of it.

Although that might have not answered much, an entity living in a complex system, one can imagine the action taking decision making conscious part of entity in a form of a sphere, a part of which relates to certain action of the day, and entire and all actions in the day are mapped onto this daily active sphere of conscious-brain computation.

Even slight stimuli of certain kind can affect the feeling of a person, suggesting the flow and action taking direction for that person.

It might also occur at times when certain skill or knowledge is not to the surface of that sphere from which to actions are to be taken, then the entity does not or cannot take that action. It can arise in certain situations or encounters where action readiness is not achieved for a certain task.

The sphere represents the brain action taking evolving envelope in time for throughout day. System can only take action it is capable of.
