Decisions of associative life

May it be a human fault or a feature,  I think its both.

People tend to project the personality of other people with similar observed features,  onto those new. As all the features of the person,  the person for who one is are not observable,  and even if known deeply, there is always the mystery of spirit and what makes us that is beyond our imagination, as that always will be unestimated and unobserved, but people also change often, then that history of observations is taken into account.  While it tends to work because of pattern matching because of nature of human brain, which helps learn about the world using association,  it also has issues. People will tend to think of you as you are not,  or may in advance correctly think of you.

Since hiring is critical to companies and there are limited jobs, but at end of the day all people are humans with a human need.  People want to know other people, and interviews try to maximize observation according to the interview’s capability and possibility, and hirer makes the decision,  one aspect is based on granularity or details that are observed. To optimize anything,  one must model it. For example am AI company (company made out of all AI agents), an example of hiring is that it extracts features from CV(, and video interview,)  and then matches it to the permissible, and then eventually chooses the closest find in case of multiple applicants. A 100% successful job application is when A. company wants to hire and B. you are the best (or only applicant) in their observation pool.

Its a gift or curse to the humanity or spiking neuron based lifeforms which learn by association.  Until the organism develops reasoning to the stage or has more observation to clearly correctly see,  it’s pattern matching may bring out behavior which can be positive or negative.

Although, if living forms directly went to optimal forms,  perhaps there might not have been life,  because it’s both ways,  mistakes give life meaning to do correct things, but also correct things make mistakes look like mistakes. Life as it goes is a branch of decisions in a tree of possibilities, and ultimately its defined by its living experience of its consci, which every person has.

Its how life basically works, through chances,  its like brain (or associative intelligence, or any which works on incomplete observation) can never be 100% correct in all areas where sufficient observation is lacking.

For example,  all the science laid out and while understanding it as it is,  it can be seen in numerous ways, not just one,  so is it all,  or is it something else, world is as is, if static in laws,  yet science (the known knowledge) always changes with time.

ps. trying to write deeper thoughts with certain vocabulary is like writing ideas with low resolution, things are sometimes not accurately expressed,  or sometimes are completely different and have no word for it.
