Index note see beyond the desired; "one must be their own leader"

Here is the thing:

one must see beyond that desired to effectively make whats desired. One needs to know the fundamental to effectively go anywhere near fundamental and bring out that as real.
And, the other which can only see whats there, which was made by seeing beyond, for that being, its beyond seeing is the current reality, and what it will make will be inferior to whats there. Anything that works that becomes a reality requires an idea that is beyond its implementation, that forces out its real counterpart into the world. Or at least provides motivation for human beings to pursue toward that goal.

How many project one must have tried, do some always seem inferior to the idea that you started with, sure they are difficult, but not impossible, and anything can be difficult, even existing, which is just can be the minimal thing. Hence the followers must learn to tap into what leaders lead to, rather than what leaders show, or one must be their own leader to lead themselves because some things can never be expressed. The force that makes a productive society is felt by that productive society, and one only looking at its outputs cannot take whats output is the input that was there to the entity that did that work.

So if one wants do something really new, it must come from within, by following other’s projects it only leads to reinvention which is not new. Why is the mentality is stuck, why it is difficult to think outside of what there is, why for e.g. there is no development of the easier ways to work the same thing than what there are, even if the issues are plenty, it still is as it is.
