How do you become?

how do people become what they are;

life basics is simple,

people need to eat , drink, move, shit , have a place to exist safely, or become safe by themselves (thats a scientific requirement) at least for capable healthy individuals

and then to do that, they need to do things that get them these essentials,

and to do those things, they must acquire those skills and be capable of it,
and to acquire those skills they must train and learn,
and to learn those skills requires dedication, effort, and also sometimes money to pay to the teaching services,
and to have money is to live in a capitalistic world
