Work employment : birds-eye vie

Companies behave and exist in isolation , or not , they are all linked as parts of a body of a nation, which again links to gobal structure, using power of statistics and seeing each person as just a dot, and even a company just as collection of those dots, and all companies exist in tandem, with money concentrated somewhere,

so the goal is to have the entire picture, of money flow, output of jobs, (seeing through eyes, that you can see information changing in computer, and objects rearranging in space),

Money is like oxygen to the society, to keep the money flowing, is to allow businesses to exist, even if they are not profiting or losing (that would just be stringent situation.

although, to create jobs, is to have the money and someone to get the product the newly hired employees make (that are paid the money), so they could be working

although it contradicts with scenario where the situation is of free living and existing (in current society or human existence requires money, and lots of it, sometimes while keeping living life at a distance and barely existing),

so the society cannot change, the challenge becomes: to get the money; is through to create business or through creating jobs, or live without money (that is rely on services that does not require money, are free goods or naturally occuring, but when both is not possible, the being will just perish by starvation)
but for immigrants , the law keepers keep a monetary limit, otherwise they are not the nations problem as mostly all abiding would just exit or forced to exit the country)

while there is also another workforce entering the system, which is newly graduate and new native workforce looking for work.
