Law of consciousness -payment as psychic experience energy

One can make changes to someone’s life immensely. They alter their path and their consciousness, decision of their choosing, and given chance to someone manifests as some happy feeling to some, how does that happen, does that mean that the person being helped now is under debt of its experience to the entity , which gains the experience or feeling based off of it, which is paid in experience.
