Index note modules: structure/intelligence/awareness/personality/goal; SO-ARM100, harmonic drives, Unitree Go1 motor; make-from-raw-earth chain

Given the complexity required for making robot from almost scratch, given one person, the design needs to be modular to build, debug, and for the person to still have motivation to continue. However, the person should also design, build and implement custom modules. .. (to be continued)

Robot physical structure is not the only module, there is software intelligence module. And environmental awareness module in hardware, and in software, to also give robot a personality, there is personality module, and module goal of the robot (as we do have)

Examples of modules (simple): https://www.printables.com/model/323998-spm-3d-printed-spherical-parallel-manipulator https://www.instructables.com/Spherical-Parallel-Manipulator/

expensive drives: https://www.harmonicdrive.net/ : need a cheaper but still good quality alternative, there is custom 3d printed available, but metal one would be more robust and reliable, also https://www.unitree.com/go1/motor

challenges in making an arm: its about design , and sourcing the parts, or design based on sourced parts, or making the parts and design both from raw scratch earth and mind.
Which involves knowledge of making metal, purifying it,then shaping it for say bearings, making grease or any low friction such material, electrical circuit design and making circuit from raw, which relies on existing computers, which needed a foundry to be made. So all depends on all the steps of past, for us to understand this, we must simplify the way world has evolved and become what is currently, i.e. to know the past, to build the future.

Note: also we dont’ want typical current age robots, we need capable, integrative, deployable and ready to be used robots,
