Money as equivalent of energy, and guiding structure

Can’t do things because you don’t have money,
is similar to can’t do things because there is no energy,
but even then, both require the structure which is fueled by them to exist.

For something to be bought using money, or to be run using energy, it must exist first. Creation done naturally or artificially, that creation uses flow of money or energy as fuel. Money drives people believing in it, energy drives matter. One just needs enough energy and money to grow, with the existing structure, which decides its future.
