To capture instantaneous, micro-second affective qualia—responding dynamically to every phoneme transition, transient attack, timbre shift, and tonal swell at 72 FPS—the continuous “Axis of Feelings” space maps into real-time, instantaneous affective coordinates:

Instantaneous Feeling Axes (Per-Frame / 13.88 ms Resolution)
1. Visceral Impact vs. Softness
- High: Hard transients, sharp plosive phonemes ($p, t, k$), aggressive snare slaps, sudden vocal stabs.
- Low: Pervasive ambient pads, sustained vowel holds ($a, o, u$), diffused reverb tails, gentle wind sounds.
2. Affective Valence (Immediate Emotional Tint)
- Positive / Euphoric: Bright harmonic overtones, major intervals, open vocal formants, crisp resonances.
- Negative / Desolate: Dissonant vocal friction, dark minor-third resonances, hollow formants, eerie pitch bends.
3. Immediate Arousal / Kinetic Drive
- Explosive / Hyper-Active: Dense transients, rapid rhythmic sub-divisions, high dynamic energy, vocal strain.
- Still / Restful: Slow decay, static drones, wide silence gaps, minimal spectral movement.
4. Tactile Texture (Somatic Touch Qualia)
- Abrasive / Sharp: Rasp in a singer’s voice, distortion grit, fricative consonants ($s, z, f$), buzzy synth edges.
- Silky / Fluid: Pure sine-like whistle tones, smooth legato vocal glides, polished acoustic strings, soft flutes.
5. Perceived Weight / Mass
- Crushing / Heavy: Deep sub-bass resonance ($20–60\text{ Hz}$), dense orchestral walls, chest-pounding kick drums.
- Weightless / Floating: Airy vocal breath ($10–16\text{ kHz}$), delicate glockenspiel, high-pitched harmonics.
6. Somatic Tension vs. Release
- Suspended Tension: Unresolved harmonic dissonance, vocal straining near pitch limit, sharp frequency buildup.
- Grounded Release: Perfect fifth/octave resolution, sudden bass drop landing, relaxing exhale/breath release.
7. Intimacy vs. Spatial Distance
- Immediate Intimacy: Dry, close-miked vocal whispers, lip smacks, binaural headphone placement inside the brain.
- Infinite Immersion: Wet, heavily reverberated washes, far-field spatial placement, cavernous echoes.
Machine Models for Instantaneous Emotion Extraction
To output these continuous vectors at 72 FPS with sub-20 ms latency, classical epoch-level emotion models (which look at 3–5 second windows) fail. Instead, use these streaming frame-level models:
- EMO-SMILE / eGeMAPS Streaming (OpenSMILE C++ Engine)
- Computes frame-by-frame (10–15 ms step) continuous Valence, Arousal, and Dominance using low-level descriptors (jitter, shimmer, spectral flux, loudness).
- SenseVoice / Streaming WavLM Emotion Heads
- Uses frame-level attention weights from speech/audio transformers to output immediate phoneme-level affective states (anger, joy, sadness, fear, neutral) directly mapped to time frames.
- CLAP-Streaming latent projection (ONNX Quantized)
- Projects raw audio frames into a text-aligned embedding space. Cosine similarity against zero-shot text prompts (“aggressive distortion”, “soft whispered voice”, “heavy crushing bass”, “bright floating melody”) yields real-time dimensional feeling coordinates.
Well one way would be to associate response brain activity to music sound, as it happens in real time, showing activations of music, and which actiaiotns contribute to which kind of perception.
Sensory Associative Programming:
using algorithm, music is visualized, instantaneously, its visual output is seen by the human, and and music is heard by the human, and within human, the intelligence is associated in the mind, in its brain.
