Tracking thoughts
Index note thought state x in n-d with Markov property, "like tracking a bee in 3D" (his tracking research applied to mind)
Ever lost a track of though, that important thought which requires you to emulate your recent past steps to get back to, sometimes it works, but some times you may end up loosing the very important idea just in the moment, as it comes, as it goes, ethereal, ephemeral idea that only lasts a short while.
Loosing track of thought can feel like giving up, especially when you are holding on to it desperately when trying to think on something new, as this universe feeds us ideas as the reward we get in our conscious experience based on our brain activity (current direction of thinking determined by physical network structure, and we assume there is some free will that we can really control and affect our world), its past state, that is all that we have thought and made our minds as they are, constantly growing towards a state.
Our entire life can be identified as a unique structure of experience that we will experience.
Consider state x to be representative of the conscious experience of thought, we would like to have the Markov property when tracking state x. Note that its a noise-less system unless we want to focus on a particular dense attribute of our state, i.e. we define our noise in the system, while in the universe’s system, we can assume everything is causal, and hence the formation of noise leads from something else which can be tractable.
Just like tracking a 🐝 in 3d space, the state of thought in n-d space can be tracked, with each state associated with unique experience of consciousness. When I say can be, I mean in practice theoretically sometime in future of our civilization, although the progress may already underway with scanning the states of brain with MRI machine and examining them with a (in memory compute) i.e. neural network information processing system
