When we think of autonomous systems, it reminds us of the system which solely runs on itself and in relation to its interaction to its surroundings,
Are we autonomous?, we know that we have a perception (a soul of us), and we can sometimes be guided by our inner selves or some higher forms that we don’t know which remains a mystery but some can also name it, but for the most part that we know of is that we rely on our environment.

Our (biological beings) systems run autonomously, without our conscious effort since we are born. We breathe autonomously, our hearts beat autonomously, all the bodily processes work autonomously. If you imagine adding simple autonomous systems, into a soup of autonomous systems that are independent, we will get an overall autonomous system that is collectively autonomous. If we want to add an autonomous system A_i to an existing collective autonomous system A, and that A_i interacts with A, the new autonomous system A_i U A can be stable (in autonomous sense): resulting in a new autonomous system if A_i is compatible, or unstable (lead to breaking of existing systems) if A_i is incompatible.

So how can we say construct a human brain-organ system in imagination:
First we start by adding breathing circuitry of neural pathways (imagine AI networks in biological sense) and muscles responsible for intake of air (by creating lower pressure in the lungs when inhale, and higher pressure during exhale), a particular substance (names do not matter, but we have named it something, its called) oxygen, in this air is exchanges
