Index note same time, lighter mental load; keep originality in the higher structure; one-shot accurate prompts

When I use AI to do a subtask of what I am doing, I end up spending similar amount of time as if I would have done the task myself, although however the mental load is lighter than what I would usually have to do if I were to do it by myself. So how to use the AI effectively so the there is real improvement in time.

There is obvious time improvement for common general tasks, however, not all tasks are generic as they lack originality that comes from within us. To keep the higher structure of originality from within, and use the sub parts that are generated by AI, a larger task can be say formed from multiple smaller task each with customization from the user.
Also, the input must be accurate and one shot, un-personalized or un-narrowed down model, even if its largely trained will have more generalizations and will need a longer input to give the specific response, than those with shorter restricted models, which are restricted in the desired regime.
So if the user needs to provide the accurate input for the desired output, user must suggest specific requirements, and would need to have understanding of the model.
