Flow of thought vs the flow of write

Index note writing is 1D; book expands like a tree

What you write, you write it according to the rules of writing, which are : linear, as a 1D signal. However, the flow of thought touches ideas which are in nonlinear space spanning from one topic to another. Of course, the mind would work similar to how LLM writes as single stream, but there is then that decoding from knowledge base activated by input, into a linear writing stream.
This blog post for example, I write it linearly. But to write something very complex, for e.g. such as a book, it cannot be written in one go, not even with LLM, not yet, as the computational knowledge imprint required is too huge, and the text output to model size is restricted. So, the book is written much like the expansion of a tree, with coarse details first, then adding coherency and details to those coarse details. and with such expansion, an sentence can be expanded into an essay. And so on, depending on the domain in which the writing is written, say literaturistic or scientific or mathematical expression of that sentence.

So, flow of thought is always there, noisy for unspecialized person or a being as all people or being think (or for those thinking), as the person also specializes in that thing, it becomes smoother, and flow of write also becomes smoother once that experience of writing in a flow is obtained. Entire book is written in the mind first, and is simply expanded in details, and written from mind, say from hands to type or write. However, one can also see the writing the brain has written onto itself, it wrote in itself, the synapses, where it recalls and simply transforms with some transformation from mind imprint to text on page.
