Setting target research

Research impacts society through action brought up on massive scale.
However, the constraints of reality prevent research from being applicable to societal impact. To solve current problems, the need of research region can be identified from knowing the reality (if static, if dynamic then reality can also be adapted through existing means), and the target research is identified based on the constraint of reality.
