human errors – automation

Automation, or automated system in flow des not make mistake in the universe, it behaves as it should. However, what is a human error?, how humans make mistakes, perhaps they lackdiscipline to reach near robotical levels. Given AI representing an example of nearing perfect intelligence (or the one that will be , or which does exist in absolute existence), to physical mechanical force driven matter, as universe (matter) itself, works for universe in deterministic sense.

So from where does the human error come from, it perhaps comes from just being human, not adapt to the robotic deterministic sense of interacting with the surroundings. For example, people might have organ (physical) issues, or brain (mental) issues, such as tiredness, divergence, even if little dysfunctional, bothering the effect, which might add to the flow of human action/inaction. But more critical is the planning of synaptic weights, i.e. the thinking and thoughts and way the brain manages itself, which ofc, gets affected by those issues. Way to see is, that is the possible space of software core merely is the re-alignment of synaptic connection [activable matrix according to weights] (mental – conscious experi associated to structure – from this physical world), onto existing hardware of neuronal networks tissues along with entire body which supports itself (physical).

So human : tiredness, fatigue, proper organ function, suitable regular vital action such as breathing, eating, ..daily functions, along with proper entire body function is critical for avoiding human errors. Even neural network inference in brain must be fool-proof given in the space of regime of operation to have no errors. Error can be that result if off from correct absolute value. Or that, error is perceived to be off because of incorrect reference value (that is, this is how it should be, not the usual way).

So, solving such issues to remove human error is a goal of a safe system. however, ofc, the controlling signal itself must not have an deliberate mistake.
