Somehow somewhere in the neural network brain of human, new idea is found, perhaps its just due to time evolution, but there is also qualia, the feeling or perception of what is after flow of activity or thinking.
Humans typically start the idea by thinking about it (writing in the wiring of brain itself), but then also writing it down, marking it out as information more permanently or for mostly longer time in the world. Then that drawing of information evolves into the concepts, real parts, and material reality.
