Present, reality

What is present, in this moment, existing in reality, …

we people see people around each other, plants, trees, animals, birds, insects, etc. that is we see a lot of life around us. We also see computer, smartphones, watches, digital devices, mechanical devices, and so on. These are modern and mostly invented in past century, while most of life took almost all time on earth.
The present is there, changing all the time, and if we track its change, along what so called time, what we see has no just come out of mere non-existence instantly in present reality, but was assembled through time through the forces of nature(universe). And, yes it includes the consciousness, the force of living beings, along with commonly known physical forces of gravity, strong and weak nuclear, and electromagnetism. Also, how these fundamental forces even exist in the reality along with consciousness that was capable of understanding it.

And what we see around is , when we think of it, we think of it as something, which is analogous to a point mapping in thought space, and how this point represents its entire history through the constraints of universe that have been there, or is it that we realize these as constraints only now after, and before it evolved as it is. So every present moment, the realization of everything existing through such means in mind is one of the realizations of this universe.
