Jobs – unfitting criterions – ? something out of society – new

– Whenever I apply to job and it rejects, I get a piece of knowledge out of it, invisibly activated, from spirit form, basically job application is like mining knowledge out, meanwhile they get the experience of rejecting applicants from pool of many they never seem to run out of, what happens to the people who are constantly rejected, which means they do not fit the criterion of jobs there are, well, the person stays free, leading to dawn of new form, or information structure that is not defined yet in the society. This is newness.
