How to write a report?
Index note AI justified for summarizing
Do you take action? and do you need to write the report?
A report is typically as summary of the actions, the actions that have been taken by you.
For example, I was asked to summarize the parts of the final report, but if the actions are written as they are, and the accomplishments, then summarizing them merely is a mathematical restructure into proper final order.
Hence, in that part, the final summarizing report builds up on the constituent report. And, it seems that the AI generated report seems to do the task. Hence, more of the focus, in upcoming years will not be on correcting grammatical mistakes, so the people will get angry over it, or not how to summarize the report, but delivering whats important, what is asked and needed, and what suits. Well, if they get angry over because you used AI, that would may be only for reasons of that they want the person to critically think and write, and not just summarize, but in that case, the task is differently oriented.
While living in multilingual sparse country where there is no proper communication and use of words for years, AI does help to align the written ideas over years, and help write the words that wouldn’t come in your mind, because, even if you would have learnt all the English, the feeling that elicits it is absent in the society, and if you are an authentic true being, the words will never come out.
Hence, to write a report, I think its justifiable to use AI, if it does not generate any new information, after all, its a summary of work done and not inventing new information on the fly. For the skeptics who think if authenticity matters, it goes out of the window when people just mock write words that they don’t mean, for a little food and money, write anything they need to. Well, if everything is accepted, and then even AI.
