Overwhelming world, understanding reality

World is getting overwhelming, ChatGPT does not help much, it keeps on giving dumb suggestions that are bound to fail, reality can be understood but is becoming rapidly engrossed with stuff that its harder to grasp, if it can be at all,

Ofc, people specialize in certain skill, but to understand the true picture, the entire reality must be understood, and people are not dumb in this, a self sustaining person understands enough to sustain itself (well its a tautology, but it helps link two associations in different states in mind), or maybe its overwhelming because brain is not in the state to think much, most of our experience is in believing what we think, and what we think is not always the reality, well it is in some way, but we never know what the reality is, maybe it just sounds like unanchored state of existence to reality, if there is such thing as reality, but we assume there is, but at this point the definitions have become so skewed that a normal person reading texts like these may mostly misinterpret it.
And for the reason, I have learned to rely on the feeling, that connects, and seems to be beyond comprehension, that could maybe just part of bigger thing controlling ourselves, or maybe its just hormones and chemicals running , but not, if you only think of them as matter without emotions, because we exist, and feel, which cannot be denied.

Maybe I have given up on exploring further, because of personal motivations, and I see progress, rapid from other people, but people do create something from nothing, ideas from their imagination, I have learned to rely on someone else’s output to make mine, and for me, my output looks insignificant to what I see theirs as, its always less. I never ever felt a big thing I did, which was also there, maybe I felt it, but I’m not so sure what I did, if I did it, as it feels delusional. Also things have happened that I just don’t seem to feel, or believe, as if the things have not changed at all, so that thing is just me and my brain existing as it is.
